Breast Revision
Procedure Details
This patient had a history of breast augmentation with subglandular gel implants and was found to have capsular contracture of her breast implants. She underwent total en bloc capsulectomy through an inframammary fold incision with removal of her implants and replacement with 485cc moderate profile implants under the muscle. Pictures are preop and 2 months postop.
