A Dallas native, Dr. Chase Derrick grew up in Lake Highlands and attended the University of Texas to complete a bachelor of arts in Biology, graduating magna cum laude. He went on to complete his doctor of medicine degree at Texas Tech University and was admitted into a highly prestigious Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Missouri. There he studied advanced techniques in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast, body, and face. Dr. Derrick regularly attends conference and medical meetings to further his knowledge base and keep up to date on the latest surgical techniques and treatments.

Dr. Derrick and his staff have been incredibly kind and understanding of what my hopes and dreams were with my breast augmentation. They all cared so much and it made me feel like they were invested in this as much as I was. Dr. Derrick listened and heard me & at first, it was hard to just trust his judgment, but after surgery - there is a reason he is such a highly recommended surgeon. I first encountered Dr Derrick in a professional setting and liked how careful he was with his patients. When I discovered recently that one of my 17 year old breast implants had ruptured he came to my mind immediately. After doing a little more research and especially after the initial consultation with him and his staff I was totally comfortable moving forward with an implant exchange with him. I am obviously not nearly as young as was the first go around which is always a worry but everything turned out even better than I had hoped for. I am so so happy with my results. Even more, I really felt like Dr Derrick and his staff appreciated my choosing them and expressed that in the way they (Katie!) greeted us for appointments and and in how they continue to check on how I’m doing and are quick with responses to any questions that I may have. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer if I ever need/want another procedure.

Dr. Derrick and his team were absolutely incredible! After having consultations with several other plastic surgeons in the area, I had a consultation with Dr. Derrick wanting to discuss a hernia repair and possible tummy tuck with liposuction. I was incredibly nervous as this would be first surgery ever and he answered all of my questions thoroughly and even gave his opinion on what he would do and more importantly, why. He ended up performing an extended tummy tuck, liposuction and was able to repair my 13 year old hernia. His coordinator was always available to answer any of my questions both before and after my surgery. I am now 6 weeks post-surgery and I LOVE my results. Far exceeded what I thought was possible!
I recently had surgery with Dr. Derrick, and it was such a fantastic experience! He made everything so easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how he took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Katie was amazing, always checking in on me and making sure I felt cared for throughout the whole process. The office is beautiful, and the surgery center was super clean and nice. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend Dr. Derrick and his team!
