Breast Lift with Implants
Procedure Details
This patient had a history of breast augmentation with subglandular 350cc saline implants over 20 years prior by another surgeon. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts, specifically the implant visibility and rippling. She underwent bilateral implant removal and replacement with Sientra 415cc high profile gel implants under the muscle. She is seen preop and 3 months postop.
