This patient is in her late 20s. After having multiple children she was interested in improving her abdominal contour as well as increasing the size of her breasts. She is seen here before surgery and 3 months postop after undergoing bilateral breast augmentation with circumareolar mastopexy and 485cc moderate plus profile Sientra gel implants, abdominoplasty and flank liposuction.
