This patient consulted Dr. Chase Derrick at Derrick Plastic Surgery in Plano regarding an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting. She was unhappy with the excess skin on her eyelids and hollowing underneath her lower lids. Dr. Derrick performed some fat grafting to the face and an upper and lower blepharoplasty. The patient and Dr. Derrick are very happy with the results.
