This patient consulted Dr. Chase Derrick at Derrick Plastic Surgery in Plano regarding a face and neck lift. She was unhappy with the drooping skin around her mouth as well as the saggy skin around her neck due to aging and genetics. Dr. Derrick performed a face and neck lift with some fat grafting to the face and a blepharoplasty. The patient and Dr. Derrick are very happy with the results.
