This patient consulted Dr. Chase Derrick at Derrick Plastic Surgery in Plano regarding gynecomastia surgery. He was unhappy with the excess breast tissue and fullness of his chest, which had not improved despite diet and exercise. Dr. Derrick performed gynecomastia surgery with liposuction to remove the excess glandular tissue and contour the chest for a more masculine appearance.
