Procedure Details
This patient had a prior breast augmentation by another surgeon and wanted to add some additional upper pole fullness. I removed her saline implants (330cc), and replace them with Allergan 485cc full profile gel implants as well as using Galaflex mesh to help provide additional support. She is seen preop and 3 months postop.
