This wonderful patient lost over 100 pounds with diet and exercise but was left with excess skin that bothered her. After discussing options she wanted to have her breast lifted and the excess skin from her abdomen removed. She is seen here preop and only 1 month postop after mastopexy and extended abdominoplasty! She loves that her outward appearance now matches how she felt inside.
