Patient in her 40’s went to Derrick Plastic Surgery in Plano, Texas to consult with Dr. Chase Derrick regarding a Mastopexy (Breast Lift)/Reduction and Liposuction to her Axillas (armpit area). This patient has always had large breast and has been unhappy with the loss of volume and sagging breast. She wanted to add some volume back to the top as well as lift her breast. Her goals were achieved and Dr. Derrick and the patient are both very happy with the results.
